The USYS North Atlantic Conference includes teams from Eastern New York and Connecticut.

Elite Development Program (EDP) Soccer manages this conference, which fields 13U through 19U boys' and girls' teams. Its fall and spring game schedules encompass Premier I, Premier II, and Crossover teams. EDP organizes multiple outdoor tournaments year-round for 8U through 19U teams.

The top teams in the North Atlantic Conference advance to the US Youth Soccer Regional Championships (NCS). These teams also gain automatic qualification for National League P.R.O. 

The North Atlantic Conference provides ongoing scores, standings, and schedules for its spring and fall seasons, encompassing Premier I, Premier II, and Club versus Club play. The fall season features boys' and girls' 13U-14U competition, as does the spring season. The spring season also features boys' and girls' 15U-19U competition to avoid scheduling conflicts with the high school soccer season.
