New York Rush's regional clubs offer children more playing time and less traveling time. Families who join a New York Rush soccer club can choose from our locations in Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Westchester, plus our Select Club.
ALBANY RUSH: Our youth soccer program in Albany is ready for the 2023/2024 season, with tryouts scheduled throughout the year at Afrim's Latham Dome at 4 Jacqueline Avenue, Latham, tryouts are free for boys and girls born between 2005 and 2017.
SYRACUSE RUSH: Our youth soccer program in Syracuse is ready for the 2023–2024 season, with tryouts throughout the year at our indoor facility.
Tryouts take place at OLR (Old Liverpool Road Training Center) — 100 Buckley Road, Syracuse 13088.
BUFFALO RUSH: Free ID sessions are available for potential Buffalo Rush players at Kevin T. Keane Sports Park at Nardin Academy (97 Rosalia Street).
ID sessions for boys and girls take place through the winter in preparation for the 2024 spring season.
WESTCHESTER RUSH: Our youth soccer program in Westchester will hold free co-ed tryouts for the 2023-24 season through the winter.

ROCHESTER RUSH: Our program in Rochester is gearing up for the 2023-24 season, with open tryouts taking place throughout the winter. Free tryouts for boys and girls take place at Monroe Community College, 1000 East Henrietta Road, Rochester.
Select: The Select level is where the magic happens. Players who want to hit the jetstream in their soccer experience and playing careers would want to consider entering the club at this level. Players and their parents can benefit from elite-level coaching and leagues for the opportunity to advance regionally and nationally. Player registration for the 2023–24 NY Select season takes place throughout the winter.

Soccer Culture In New York
New York Rush Soccer offers a positive learning and playing experience for youth soccer players of all ages. With its player-centered approach, NY Rush welcomes kids as young as 4 to get a solid foundation in their soccer skills. As they continue to learn and develop their skills, boys and girls from ages 7 to 18 benefit from NY Rush's various soccer clubs.
NY Rush players receive support through a deep well of resources from industry professionals. This support includes training gear and kits (uniforms), as well as alumni mentorship programs. Over the last three seasons, Rush C.A.R.E.S. has provided more than $800,000 in scholarships to players of all ages. Underserved communities can tap into support, encouraging inclusiveness and achievement.
New York City has been home to soccer since 1921. Young soccer players can find inspiration and excitement from two Major League Soccer teams in New York. The New York City Football Club splits its home matches between Yankee Stadium in the Bronx and Citi Field in Queens. The New York Red Bulls play their home matches at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ. This is the first soccer-specific professional venue in the New York Metro Area.
These clubs' second teams play near their MLS clubs, and the women's professional team, NJ/NY Gotham FC, plays at Red Bull Arena. The MLS season runs from February through October.
NY Rush families are also passionate about the NE Revolution MLS team, as well as English Premier League teams.

New York Rush offers additional programs that can benefit players of every level. Players seeking a more intensive experience can participate in domestic programs within their club or even abroad with a partner group.
Rush Soccer Development is NE Rush's technical leadership team and uses a unified approach to player development. With this common training method, players can enhance their learning abilities, creating confidence, healthy training and playing skills, and lifelong mental and physical benefits.
Position-specific development plans are free for RSD+ members. Courses are available or under development for the following positions:

- Wing
- Defensive Midfielder
- Offensive Midfielder
- Center Forward
Train at Home courses offer complementary training of players in all age groups in multiple key skill sets. These courses are free for RSD+ members:

- Mental Toughness
- Nutrition
Players who take these Train at Home courses can compete against domestic and international Rush players, place on a ranked global leaderboard, and win awards.
